Time is fast, it's April already. Today in moodle session we were discussing the Pettit's way to sharpen the knife. The strategy of his writing is directive essay. This essay is a similar process essay, he was explaining how to sharpen a knife. Sharpening a knife is essay if all audience do in a proper way, if you do improperly it will conduct the knife to cross-contaminate the food. Therefore, he is suggesting all readers do in a right way.

Yes, we do need to do it the right way. Not only to protect our food but so we don't harm ourselves as well. I heard some where there are more accidents with a dull knife than a sharp one.
ReplyDeleteI agree with you Alyssa, with a dull knife youre more prone to try to use the knife rougher, therefore causing a really bad accident. The same goes for a rusty knife.
