Today we completed a midterm assessment. It consisted of choosing an essay topic and writing a one page paper about it. We were also required to submit our midterm self-reflection essay via email or handed in to her. I enjoyed completing the essay because it allowed me to remember my very first day as a college student. I have grown and learned so much throughout the first half of this semester. I am glad that I am taking this path in life and wanting to pursue my goals. Knowing that we are already in the middle of the semester gives me that extra motivation to stay in college and graduate with a degree. Hopefully it does not take me too long. We also went over the calender of events and made some adjustments. We will not be meeting face to face until April 9 and on that day we will not only make up test number two, but will have test number three. I am pretty intimidated by this thought, but I am sure with all this extra study time I will be able to get the job done and do my best.

It is a great motivation to stay in college and get a degree when it feels like its only been a matter of weeks and not months that we have been in class. I hope that we all are ready for both of the tests that we have to do on April 9th and we get good grades. I like knowing what to really study for and what to expect on the next test. Hopefully, a lot of notes and studing will help us all to bring up our grades from the last test.
