Today was a moodle session and it was about student demonstration of all stages of the writing process. Vera Harris wrote a good paragraph with the help of the Writing Process Worksheet. There are three stages to the writing process: stage one is about exploring, experimenting, and gathering information. Stage two is about writing the controlling idea and organizing and developing support. Stage three is to write, revise, and edit. I would have to say that this writing process makes sense because of the steps which makes it easier to write a paragraph or essay: to freewrite, brainstorm, cluster, and take notes when doing research. Composing your topic sentence as well as making an outline or outline alternative. Lastly, writing a first draft, then revising and editing as many drafts as possible to reach the final draft.
