Editing
Editing is the final stage of the writing process, it involves examining your work. In editing you paper, you look for capitalization, omissions, punctuation, and spelling errors. You do this because when you first write your paper, you don't see those errors, that's why you or someone else read your paper over to spot those errors. Another way is to read your paper out loud to yourself or to an audience. Reading your paper a loud makes sure your paper doesn't sound weird.

I don't think most people see the errors they make at first till they edit then they just go, oh my how did I miss that?
