We talked about writing stage one in class yesterday. Writing a vivid topic for your essay is very important such as, it tells reader and audio information and detail. Therefore, every time when I write an essay, I do some freewriting draft or brainstorm to develop my supporting idea and the content.

I agree. Brainstorming helps very much when developing an idea of what you are going to write about. I think that the details of an essay are what it is all about.
